M10 Paid on secondary sales

Incentives a rep can check line by line.

Incentive schemes your HQ defines once — achievement slabs, focus brands and gates — computed on stockist secondary sales rather than primary, so nobody is paid for stuffing the channel. Each month is locked before it is paid, corrections are recorded as amendments, and every rep sees their own statement, including any line that was withheld and why.

/01 — What it does

A rule agreed in advance. A sum anyone can check.

A report says how a rep did. A payout needs more: the rule, the calculation, and inputs that cannot move after the money is committed.

/01

Schemes with slabs

Achievement bands with no gaps or overlaps, so whether exactly 100% pays the lower or the higher slab is decided once.

/02

Paid on secondary sales

Stockist offtake, not primary orders — the industry basis, because paying on primary rewards channel stuffing.

/03

Stockist statements from the field

Reps upload the statement they collect from the stockist; a manager commits it, told how much of it credits the rep who uploaded it.

/04

Gates that are honest

Field-day or call-average gates. A gate that cannot be measured is waived and flagged, never silently failed.

/05

Locked months

A month's sales are frozen before a run is finalised. A late correction is an amendment, and a restated payout is a new version — the old one stays readable.

/06

The rep's own statement

Earned, paid and withheld, line by line. A withheld line shows what would have been earned and why it was not.

/02 — How it works

From stockist statement to a payout you can defend.

Every step leaves a record, so the question of why somebody was paid what they were paid has an answer a year later.

DAY 1
Statements in

Stockist statements staged by reps, reviewed and committed by managers into secondary sales.

outputCommitted · 16 statements
DAY 3
Period locked

The month's sales are frozen. Nothing changes them except a recorded amendment.

outputAugust · locked
DAY 4
Run computed

Each rep's achievement read against target and the scheme's slabs and gates.

output42 lines · 1 withheld
DAY 6
Finalised and paid

Approved, marked paid, and visible on every rep's own statement.

outputPaid · audited
/03 — AI inside

Ask what you earned.

The rep's assistant reads their own statement — and only theirs.

/ASK
Pay questions in plain words

"Why was my August line withheld?" answered from the rep's own statement, with the gate it missed.

/TGT
Distance to target

"How far off target am I?" answered from secondary sales against this month's target.

/04 — The rest of the suite

Eleven modules.
One field force.

Each module stands on its own. Bought together, they share one source of truth, one audit log, and one AI engine.
