M08 Verified field days

Know the field day happened as reported.

MR tracking without the surveillance. Reps start and end their working day in one tap and check in at every doctor, chemist and stockist they visit. Each check-in is compared with the customer's location on file and marked verified, outside tolerance or unverified — so managers get an attendance register and a plan-versus-actual they can trust, not a live map of where somebody's phone is.

/01 — What it does

Attendance and visit verification, kept apart.

Marking yourself present is not a claim about where you are. Standing at a doctor's clinic is. Orange treats them differently, which is why reps accept it.

/01

One-tap day start

Start and end the working day in one tap. It asks for no location — a rep starts their day from home, a train or a hotel.

/02

GPS-verified check-ins

At each doctor, chemist or stockist the check-in records position and the distance from the customer's location, within a tolerance your admin sets.

/03

Three honest states

Verified, outside tolerance, or unverified. An unverified visit is never counted as a pass, so a compliance figure can't read 100% while nothing was checked.

/04

Locations learned in the field

Most HCP records have no coordinates. The first visit sets the location; a location set by a person is never overwritten.

/05

Plan versus actual

Check-ins close against the tour plan: done, missed, pending — and unplanned calls, which a planning-only system cannot see at all.

/06

Attendance register

A monthly register per rep for the manager — field days, visits, and days a rep forgot to close, which are closed without inventing a time.

/02 — How it works

From day start to a register a manager signs.

Records and flags; never blocks. A slow GPS fix never stops a rep from recording a real visit.

09:05
Day started

One tap on My Day. No location prompt, no waiting for a fix.

outputAttendance · present
09:40
Check-in at the clinic

Position captured and compared with Dr. Mehta's location on file.

outputVerified · 38 m
10:55
Check-in at a chemist

The fix lands well outside tolerance. The visit is recorded and flagged, not refused.

outputFlag · outside tolerance
18:10
Day ended

Open visits close with the day. Planned visits that happened are marked done on the tour plan.
